2.Includes: Chinese Edition Event Handbook for the 2026 Worldwide Chinese Trail Championships - Mount Fuji Station. (We will send it to your email box 1-2 weeks before your departure. Please ensure your email information is accurate and valid.)

3.注意:参赛选手须自行办理好个人签证及护照。如需办理个人签证，组委会可提供日方“法的”去日旅行目的证明，作为赛事参加证明（邀请函）。

3.Participants are required to apply for personal visa and passport on their own. If need to apply for a personal visa, the organizing committee can provide proof of the purpose of the Japanese "FADI" trip to Japan for participating the event (invitation letter).

若因不可抗力因素导致赛事无法如期举行，组委会将提前通知并进行相关退费处理，方案会另行通知。

If the event cannot be held as scheduled due to force majeure factors, the organizing committee will notify in advance and carry out relevant refund processing, and the plan will be notified separately. 

（一）参赛资格  Qualification for the race

本次比赛是一项长距离越野赛，对参赛者有严格的要求。参赛者应身心健康，有长期参加越野跑步训练的基础或与比赛要求相匹配的比赛经历。参赛者还需满足以下具体要求：

This race is a long-distance trail race with strict requirements for participants. Participants should be in good physical and mental health, with a background in long-term running training or relevant race experience. Specific requirements include：

1、报名参加100公里组：提供至少一年内一次50公里以上越野赛或2场全程马拉松线下赛的完赛证明；

1.100 KM category:   Provide proof of completion for at least one offline trail race of 50 km or longer, or two offline full marathons within the past year.

2、报名参加50公里组：提供至少一年内全程马拉松或30公里以上越野赛线下赛的完赛证明；

2.50 KM category:  Provide proof of completion for an offline full marathon or an offline trail race of 30 km or longer within the past year.

3、报名参加30公里组：提供近一年内参加半程马拉松或20公里以上越野赛线下赛的完赛证明；

3.30 KM category: Provide proof of completion for an offline half marathon or an offline trail race of 20 km or longer within the past year.

4、报名参加10公里赛：需经常性进行室外运动，具备完成比赛的运动水平和身体条件；

4.10 KM category: Participants must regularly engage in outdoor sports and possess the physical fitness and health condition required to complete the race.

5、比赛当年年龄在18周岁以上(2008年12月31日前出生)65周岁以下。

5.Participants must be at least 18 years old (born on or before December 31, 2008) and under 65 years old in the year of the event.

（二）健康状况要求Health requirements

参赛选手均须在有资质的正规医疗机构进行体检，报名时提交个人一年内的健康体检报告并签署免责声明。

All participants must undergo a physical examination at a qualified medical institution, submit a personal health examination report issued within the past year during registration, and sign a liability waiver.

选手本人是个人健康安全第一责任人，请选手认真评估自身身体健康状况后进行报名。身体检查报告若出现不适合跑步的基础病及慢性病时，请选手赛前及时退出比赛。参赛过程中，因个人身体及其他个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失，由参赛选手个人承担责任。

Participants are the first responsible person for their own health and safety. Please carefully evaluate your physical health before registering. If the health report indicates chronic disease and underlying disease which is unsuitable for running, participants should withdraw from the race before it begins. Any personal injury or property loss caused by individual health issues or other personal reasons during the race will be the responsibility of the participant.

（三）对低温、强风、雨雪问题的应对能力、GPS自导航能力与相应经验及强制装备，强制装备清单及判罚标准如下：

The Pariticipants have revelant ability of facing low temperature, strong wind, rain,snow and handling GPS self-navigation with certain experiences and mandatory equipments.

The mandatory equipment list and penalty standards are as follows:

（四）退费&名额转让Refund & Transfer of Entry

满足以上各组别条件方可报名，以欺骗方式获取报名资格组委会有权利取消其参赛资格。一旦报名，皆不允许改组、退费，并禁止转让名额与他人；因故无法参赛的选手，参赛名额无法退费，但可保留至世界华人越野赛下站赛事。2024年首届富士山站未参赛保留名额选手，请联系组委会协助报名。

Only applicants who meet the above requirements for their respective categories are eligible to register.  The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have obtained registration through fraudulent means. Once registered, participants are not permitted to change categories or request refunds, and bib transfers are strictly prohibited. Registered participants who are unable to compete may not receive refunds but can defer their entry to the next event of the Worldwide Chinese Trail Championships. Participants who held deferred entries from the inaugural 2024 Mount Fuji race should contact the organizing committee for registration assistance.

（五）参赛包在领物现场可代领(除号码布与芯片)，赛后不邮寄。

Race packets can be collected on-site by a proxy (excluding the race bib and chip), and will not be mailed after the event.
