运动员报到时间地点及要求  Time and location of participant’s checking in

10K-50K项目：2020年10月3日9点至21点

10K-50K RACE： 9 AM--21PM October 3rd, 2020

烟台市莱山区春晖路18号双龙园区内落基体育（暂定）

Yantai RockySports Co.,Ltd, NO.18 CHUNHUI ROAD,DOUBLE DRAGON PARK, LAISHAN ZONE, YANTAI CITY. ( tentative)

参赛者本人持身份证原件、参赛通知书、前来报到，领取参赛包。

Participant check in , competition bag pick up , need to present the revelant original ID card and the Entry Notice.

领取计时手环和GPS定位器，须上交押金300元。（单独领取计时手环，押金20元）赛后领取完赛服(参赛纪念服)时交还设备，押金5个工作日内原路返还。

Deposit of RMB 300.00 is required to collected when taking timing bracelet and GPS locator( get the timing Bracelet separately, with a deposit of RMB 20.00) . Return the equipment after race. The deposit shall be returned by the original route within 5 working days.

不交押金者视为放弃参赛。

Without paying deposit, will be regarded as abandoning the race.

赛前不可替他人代领参赛包，赛后须持委托人签字的“参赛通知书”和其身份证复印件代领。

Not allowed to pick up competition bag for others before race. After race, it is required to present the signed Entry Notice and copy of ID card for the behalf of participant.

赛前放弃参赛者需要参赛包，请写邮件与组委会联系。

Give up participation before race, if need competition bag , pls email to the race committee .

邮件申请中需注明姓名、参赛号、邮寄地址、收件人及联系电话。组委会将于比赛结束5天后办理快递寄出（包邮）。

Name, entry number,post address ,receiver and phone number should be indicated in the email. Race committe will send out competition bag by express 5 days after race ( delivery free)
